Telephone Teller
You are always just a phone call away with PCFCU's Telephone Teller! Our convenient Telephone Teller gives our members access to their accounts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year using any touch-tone phone.
Call 1-800-462-1711, option 1, to be connected to the Telephone Teller System. Once you enter your account number followed by your personal access number, you may complete a variety of transactions regardless of the time of day or your physical location. These transactions include:
- Balance inquiries
- Loan Payments
- Determining whether a check has cleared
- Transferring funds between accounts
- Using the loan calculator
- Accessing interest rate information
- And much more …
Telephone Teller is a FREE service that is available to all PCFCU members. This automated service provides instructions that will quickly prompt you through the menu of services. Telephone Teller is a completely secure system, as each member is assigned a private access code corresponding to his or her account. Members are encouraged to keep their access codes confidential.
